The Jump dress
My version of this movie favorite is made from red poly satin with a black poly chiffon overdress, which is vest-style, meaning it closes in the front with 3 hooks and eye closures. The overdress is trained and elaboratly beaded and attaches to the underdress with snaps on the shoulders. The red underdress is sleeveless and has a split in the back for ease of movement.
My fee for making this gown is $ 775, materials and shipping extra. This dress is very labor intensive and takes time to complete. Early notice, if you have a date set when you want to wear this, is essential.

The skirt hem holds 2 rows of handbeaded medaillons, 14 in all.
Credit for this sketch goes to the artist David la Vey, who made all the sketches for the movie.
